Responsibilities

Own Workday configuration and governance across HCM modules, ensuring scalable and user-friendly design

Partner with ATS and L&D system owners to align data, workflows, and integrations with Workday as the source of truth

Collaborate with Finance, People Operations, TA, L&D, and Systems Engineering to translate requirements into effective system solutions

Configure, test, and deploy Workday enhancements, proactively streamlining processes and improving the employee experience

Support integration design and maintenance (connector, Studio, API), ensuring accurate and secure data flow between platforms

Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making across the organization

Create documentation and training to help users efficiently navigate systems

Monitor adoption, performance, and data integrity, continuously identifying opportunities to reduce friction and optimize workflows
