Digital Marketing Coordinator

Withers is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Los Angeles office. This role is integral to our California, US and global marketing teams, focused on supporting and elevating a wide range of marketing and business development initiatives, with an emphasis on digital marketing projects.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning, executing and distributing digital campaigns
Create and draft content for internal communications and external channels (social media, website, email) to promote wins, initiatives and campaigns
Help develop, design and edit visually compelling, on-brand marketing materials, such as client alerts, invitations, sponsorship ads, social media assets, brochures, event collateral, newsletters and presentations
Maintain and update content on the firm’s website
Help ensure content across the firm is on-brand
Research, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance using data-driven insights to optimize outcomes
Improve email marketing performance using CRM (InterAction), email management system (Vuture) and analytics from social media and website traffic
Support SEO and SEM initiatives to improve visibility and engagement
Stay informed on digital marketing trends and share innovative ideas
Coordinate logistics for events, sponsorships, and client receptions, such as invitations, RSVPs, registration, materials, branding and vendor coordination
Create and update mailing lists, liaise regularly with CRM team and provide guidance and best practices to troubleshoot and ensure team is best leveraging CRM
Provide on-site support for events, including early mornings or evenings as needed
Conduct research on clients, competitors and industry trends to support pitches, RFPs and marketing initiatives
Assist with directory and award submissions, promoting recognitions and updating profiles
Track, coordinate, and calendar marketing projects, campaigns and BD activities
Assist with the onboarding and training of marketing and business development team members regarding marketing technology software, processes and systems
Support various marketing and business development projects as required

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field
2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in a law firm, financial services or professional services environment
Attention to detail, proactive, anticipates follow up actions, resourceful and adaptable with a positive, team-focused attitude
Eager to develop new skills and continuously improve through feedback and training
Strong judgment and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal
Self-starter who works independently and collaboratively and takes pride in their work
Available for early morning or evening events as needed
In-office presence three days per week
Ability to interact credibly, diplomatically and with integrity with various stakeholders

Preferred

Strong digital and software skills, including: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Suite, Web-based skills, Google Analytics or other web analytics platforms, HTML/CSS, Social media (LinkedIn, Instagram), Email management systems (EMS), Customer relationship management (CRM) systems
Familiarity with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, AI tools, podcast recording and experience with editing videos/podcasts are a plus
