Responsibilities
Understanding of NJ ROW Law and appraisal processes for Transportation projects
Experience in the preparation and review of all right of way deliverables in accordance with NJTA and NJDOT procedures and standards
Experience in the preparation and review of jurisdiction and maintenance limit maps and agreements
Qualification
Required
BS in Civil Engineering plus eight years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
PE in New Jersey State or ability to obtain within 12 months
Understanding of NJ ROW Law and appraisal processes for Transportation projects
Experience in the preparation and review of all right of way deliverables in accordance with NJTA and NJDOT procedures and standards
Experience in the preparation and review of jurisdiction and maintenance limit maps and agreements
Preferred
Significant experience using engineering design, modeling, and drafting software (Bentley or AutoDesk)
Strong organizational skills
Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office software (Word and Excel)
