Responsibilities
Own and exceed monthly/quarterly pipeline targets (focused on midmarket companies - Source leads via LinkedIn, Apollo, job boards, HR communities, and other creative tools
Run outbound campaigns and cold call prospective customers
Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities — and assess where we can provide the most value
Help run a high-conversion sales process from first touch to close
Partner with marketing to craft engaging campaigns (especially on LinkedIn)
Collaborate with engineering and product to tailor your outreach with strategic insights
Use data to iterate on messaging, tactics, and channels — we value experiments that lead to results
Qualification

You take initiative and care deeply about helping the team win
