Responsibilities
Represent clients in commercial real estate transactional matters including the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate, commercial leasing, financing transactions, joint ventures, and redevelopment projects
Review and analyze complex real estate agreements
Work well as part of a team and enjoy a fast-paced work environment
Qualification
Required
Four to six years of experience in commercial real estate transactional matters
Experience representing clients in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate
Experience in commercial leasing
Experience in financing transactions
Experience in joint ventures
Experience in redevelopment projects
Ability to review and analyze complex real estate agreements
Ability to work well as part of a team
Enjoyment of a fast-paced work environment
Admission in the state of their primary office location
