Responsibilities

Assisting with the daily operations of your assigned store

Receiving merchandise

Unloading trucks

Processing freight in a safe manner in accordance with productivity standards

Assisting with merchandising and stocking as needed

Being fully cross-trained to support the cash register and assist customers

Helping ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment

Maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders

Assisting with the cleanliness throughout the store

Cleaning and restocking bathrooms

Sweeping and mopping floors

Taking out the trash

Ensuring all areas are neat and presentable

Other duties may be assigned

Required

Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting

Ability to provide exceptional customer service is required

Strong communication skills are required

High level of integrity is required

Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting is required

Must be able to work overnight and early morning shifts, as well as weekends as necessary
