The role involves managing visitor procedures, escorting personnel, and ensuring security standards are met while demonstrating flexibility in scheduling.

Responsibilities

Wear appropriate safety equipment in accordance with OSHA standards and required by federal law and designated clothing and footwear

Stand / walk for long periods throughout the workday

Escort personnel in various environments such as on construction sites, in office space, or on tours

Process visitor requests and / or requests for site access

Supports limited background investigations through collecting paperwork and fingerprinting

Support physical security specialists in conducting basic facility checks, ensure all security standards are in place, and ensure physical security equipment is operational

Report suspicious activities to police, guards, or designated FBI officials

Create/Issue badges for various sites, restrict or control access to sensitive areas, positively identify authorized personnel through established parameters

Operate all associated IT equipment related to responsible tasks
