5+ years expGroup O is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead all warehouse operations at the Milan 120 facility. This role is responsible for overseeing material handling, inventory accuracy, and driving operational excellence while managing a team of supervisors.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations including receiving, put-away, picking, staging, and shipping
Ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound materials
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Coordinate cycle counting activities in partnership with Purchasing
Ensure inventory accuracy and ERP data integrity
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory records
Manage and develop warehouse supervisors and frontline staff
Provide training on processes, work instructions, and safety protocols
Lead site-level communication and escalation management
Establish and monitor warehouse performance metrics
Review data regularly to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
Implement corrective actions and process improvements to enhance efficiency and service
Partner with Logistics, Customer Service, and Business Operations to align warehouse activities with broader business goals
Support client-specific requirements and reporting needs
Participate in audits and compliance reviews
Support onboarding of new employees
Assist with weekend or off-shift coverage as needed (infrequent)
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
5+ years of warehouse management or equivalent leadership experience
Strong leadership and team development capabilities
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in ERP and WMS systems
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret and act on performance data
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, Forklift, Lean, Six Sigma) preferred
