Responsibilities
Support the development of customized financial plans that align with clients' personal and professional aspirations
Conduct in-depth research on investment options, tax strategies, and financial products
Prepare client-ready reports and presentations that clearly communicate recommendations and progress
Maintain accurate and compliant client records to ensure seamless service
Collaborate closely with financial planners to identify opportunities and refine strategies
Engage with clients directly to gather information, answer questions, and provide updates
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in paraplanning or financial planning support
Familiarity with financial planning software and tools
Series 65 license required
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
A client-first mindset and a passion for helping others achieve financial clarity
Preferred
CFP certification or progress toward certification preferred
