Lead, coach, and develop the inside sales team with clear expectations
Own the GoHighLevel CRM structure, automations, reporting, and visibility
Build and document inbound, outbound, and quoting playbooks
Improve daily activity standards, follow-up speed, and lead quality
Align e-commerce and digital sales activity directly into CRM workflows
Deliver weekly sales metrics with insights and recommended actions
Collaborate closely with Equipment, Service, Chemistry, and Marketing leadership
Qualification
Required
5+ years in sales development, sales operations, or inside sales leadership
Strong CRM and pipeline management skills
Experience leading and developing inside sales teams
Familiarity with digital or e-commerce sales funnels
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
