Responsibilities

Assist in daily business of managers which includes general office work, answering phones, typing letters, sorting and distributing mails
Perform a variety of confidential and complex administrative duties for the senior management
Coordinate the efficient operation of the office by maintaining confidential and general files and manuals, ordering supplies, and performing all other relevant duties for senior management
Coordinate and complete associated business reports. Research, prepare, and edit memos, letters, reports, and presentations
Order office supplies, schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments, and make travel arrangements
Assure that all assigned projects are complete in a timely and efficient manner and follow-up on administrative details
Perform other duties as assigned

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required
Two (2) years experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and use of the Internet
Ability to handle moderate assignments under general supervision
Excellent oral and written communications skills and organizational skills
Must maintain a high level of confidentiality
Ability to be punctual for work and meetings
Ability to interact effectively with co-workers
Ability to understand and follow posted work rules and procedures
Ability to accept constructive criticism
Ability to work effectively as a member of a team
Ability to use personal computers and associated software applications
Must possess an active, valid driver's license
Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older
Must be a United States Citizen
Must pass a background check and drug screen
Must have resided within the United States or its Territories for three or more years out of the last five
