Responsibilities

Manage your own local installation operations

Lead a team on a construction site with multiple subcontractors

Implement and monitor safety guidelines

Provide learning opportunities for your team

Manage a schedule and track your team’s overall performance

Collaborate with all levels of the organization to achieve business goals

Guide your team on the construction sites regarding code requirements and building systems knowledge

Work with general contractors and effectively manage resources

Required

2+ years of relevant construction expertise

Supervisory experience ideally leading a union represented workforce

Ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization

Willingness to learn and leverage new technologies

Associate degree in a related field or additional years of experience
