Lead a team on a construction site with multiple subcontractors in vicinity
Implement and monitor safety guidelines
Provide learning opportunities for your team
Effectively manage a schedule and track your team’s overall performance
Collaborate with all levels of the organization to achieve business goals
Qualification
Required
2+ years of relevant construction expertise
Supervisory experience ideally leading a union represented workforce
Understanding of code requirements and building systems knowledge
Familiarity in working with general contractors
Ability to manage a schedule and track team performance
Experience in implementing and monitoring safety guidelines
Ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization
Appetite for learning and leveraging new technologies
Associate degree in a related field or additional years of experience
