Responsibilities

Lead and administer periodic user access review (certification) campaigns in SailPoint, partnering with application owners and data owners to validate and remediate access
Ensure access review processes align with internal governance standards and external regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, NIST). Serve as a primary point of contact for audit requests, evidence collection, and issue remediation
Develop, maintain, and enforce IAM governance policies, procedures, and controls, with a strong emphasis on least-privilege access
Identify opportunities to improve and streamline access review and IAM lifecycle processes (joiner, mover, leaver), including increased automation and efficiency
Support RBAC initiatives, including access policy definition, role refinement, and collaboration with stakeholders on access design decisions
Work closely with IT, security, HR, and business teams to gather requirements, resolve complex access issues, and ensure IAM processes align with business needs
Act as a subject matter expert for troubleshooting access review issues, campaign performance challenges, and user certification questions
Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and reporting artifacts. Provide guidance and mentoring to junior analysts and business stakeholders

Required

5+ years of IAM experience with significant, hands-on responsibility administering access review campaigns in SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow
Strong understanding of SailPoint access certification functionality, campaign configuration, workflows, and reporting from a governance and operational perspective
Solid understanding of IAM governance frameworks, access controls, and regulatory standards (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, NIST)
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to evaluate access risk and support remediation decisions
Ability to clearly communicate complex IAM concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead discussions with business owners and auditors

Preferred

CIAM or SailPoint-related certifications are a plus, but not required
