Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain scalable systems that power and localize the Canadian customer experience, in close partnership with global and regional engineering teams
Partner with product and data teams to analyze performance and customer feedback, using insights to drive localized improvements
Collaborate with global platform, compliance, and payments engineering teams to ensure consistency, reliability, and compliance across regions
Contribute to technical discussions, code reviews, and system design to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and resilient solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience in software engineering
Experience working across the stack delivering products that delight end-users
Proficiency in one or more general purpose languages like Java, JavaScript, Go, Python, Kotlin, C# or Ruby
Proficiency in one or more front-end framework like ReactJS, React Native, Vue, or Angular
Experience working with Product Management and other partners such as Design
