Responsibilities
Lead feature development for live video streaming experiences for video producers and consumers
Collaborate with peers on important decisions about how our applications are architected and built
Team up with designers, testers, and product managers to find the best solutions for our customers
Teach and learn with engineers across the company
Promote responsible engineering practices and mentor team members
Drive consensus on your team and solutions to challenging problems
Engineer software solutions with an emphasis on high-quality development standards, ensuring reliability, and maintainability
Qualification
Required
4+ years experience leading successful iOS projects and shipping beautiful, high-quality apps
Experience with regular design and code reviews with development team members to confirm use of best practices
Can evaluate and develop skills in new technologies
Experience working with the latest iOS tech
Comfort working with a cross-functional product team
Experience mentoring engineers and organizing work within a team
Experience weighing specific technical tradeoffs to maximize impact for effort
Experience creating detailed technical documentation
