Responsibilities
Work closely with the Chief Strategy Officer and broader Mattel leadership team to shape Mattel’s corporate strategy and lead the annual strategic planning process
Partner closely with senior executives across the company on critical strategic projects across the company, including leading cross-functional teams to realize business impact
Support key M&A and corporate development priorities across the company
Qualification
Required
BA / BS degree from a top-tier university
7+ years of total professional experience (5+ with an MBA) with 2+ years of post-MBA or equivalent work experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or in-house strategy
Track record of impact
Proven strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to work successfully in cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder groups
Superior communication skills
Preferred
MBA or equivalent advanced degree
Consumer, Tech, and / or Entertainment industry experience
