Respond to emergency and crisis situations quickly and efficiently
Read and interpret the fire alarm board
Qualification
Required
High School graduate or GED certification required
Excellent customer service and phone skills
Familiarity with a hospital telephone system
Ability to work with varied populations in a professional manner
Ability to respond to emergency and crisis situations quickly and efficiently
Ability to read and interpret the fire alarm board
Preferred
Previous experience working in a medical office
