Responsibilities

Work with test sponsors to develop system testing plans, outcome objectives and criteria for success
Collect and analyze system testing data, working with system test sponsors and the data analytics team
Provide live operational troubleshooting support during system testing
Report test plan outcomes to the test sponsors and cross functionally in regular updates
Support design of new testing infrastructure to facilitate new or complex system testing objectives
Support system testing automation infrastructure development
Facilitate witnessed/customer testing, coordinating outcomes, and data packaging
International travel is occasionally required
