Qualification
Required
Associates with four to six years of general corporate experience with private and public companies
Experience representing high-growth businesses in connection with formations, financings, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters
Experience in the corporate department of a national or international law firm
Strong academic record from a nationally recognized law school
