Qualification
Required
5+ years of tax experience representing fund sponsors and investors
a high level of motivation, initiative and excellent problem solving skills
strong client relations skills and experience handling several concurrent ongoing matters
a high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
Preferred
preferably focused on venture funds and private equity funds
advising on investment fund formations, primary and secondary investments, and joint ventures
