Responsibilities
A senior TPM in Sensitive Content Intelligence will make critical decisions on customer needs and will guide the delivery priorities of the engineering and science teams
Manage science based projects, builds release schedules in coordination with engineering, and launches
Aligned with the leadership goals and roadmap, the senior TPM will collect the data and measure the delivery outcome to ensure that the solution meets the CX expectations
Build relationships and manage by influence in a matrix organization to solve complex AI problems with tight timelines
The senior TPM owns the project execution, progress, success metrics and status communication in Leadership Review (LR) meetings to directors and VPs
The role manages the project risks, removes the project blockers and resolves issues for timely feature delivery
Qualification
Required
5+ years of technical product or program management experience
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
Experience managing cross-functional programs and release schedules
Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps
Experience leading highly technical programs involving infrastructure, complex systems, systems engineering
Preferred
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
