Philip Morris International (PMI) is transforming its business to deliver a smoke-free future. As a Manager Commercial Planning, you will co-develop go-to-market commercial plans, establish customer relationships, and drive the expansion of smoke-free products in travel retail.

Responsibilities
Conduct business performance assessments as well as other internal and external factors (consumer, competition, channels and industry) to identify volume, Share of Market and revenue growth opportunities
Propose portfolio initiatives from customer development and central category teams and support the validation and consolidation as part of an integrated regional portfolio plan for the business units
Work together with Customer Development and B2C teams to create a calendar of Commercial Initiatives for the Business Units in line with PMI Global Travel Retail (GTR) global commercial calendar
Train business unit’s teams on project management methodologies to ensure projects are managed according to project management principles and practices
Monitor business investments of the business unit and ensure timely follow-up of budget spending discipline
Qualification
Required
At least 6 years of combined experience in Business Development and Commercial roles in a PMI affiliate, consulting or FMCG multinational company
Good business acumen, strategic thinking, financial savvy, project management are key
Solid understanding of key marketing and commercial competencies like activity resource planning, and portfolio/product knowledge
Project Management is a key competency
Fluent English
Proficient skills in Microsoft office and reporting tools
College/University degree in Marketing, Economics, Communication or similar
