Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy
Formulate and implement product branding and marketing strategies tailored to the US market
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to drive growth
Establish After-Sales Operations
Build and manage processes for customer support and service delivery
Corporate & Operational Functions
Oversee HR and legal functions for the US subsidiary
Collaborate with Japan HQ on accounting, R&D, design, and manufacturing
Cross-Functional Leadership
Lead projects critical to US market launch and expansion
Serve as a liaison between US operations and Japan HQ
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in marketing for US markets within medical device manufacturer or healthcare industry
Native English proficiency
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Prior experience in US-based business operations
Startup or venture company background
Management experience
Preferred
