They are seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their AI Enablement team, focusing on developing and integrating AI-driven tools to enhance creativity and collaboration across the organization.

Responsibilities
Develop and deploy AI-powered solutions using advanced language models to support various business needs
Identify and evaluate AI/ML models for more custom solutions
Assist teams in onboarding and integrating AI-powered development tools into their workflows
Provide technical guidance and best practices for AI-assisted software development
Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to identify opportunities where AI can drive efficiency and automation
Build and maintain internal documentation, tutorials, and training materials to support AI tool adoption
Stay up to date on the latest AI trends and advancements, evaluating new tools and their potential impact
Act as a subject matter expert and advocate for AI-driven development practices across the organization
Implement tooling to monitor adoption rates and effectiveness of AI tooling across the company
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of engineering experience
Strong programming skills in TypeScript, Python or other modern coding languages
Experience with AI/ML models and prompt engineering
Data engineering skills to connect models to production enterprise systems
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Cursor or other AI-powered coding tools
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for enabling teams through AI and automation
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
