Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of roadway engineering projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets

Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables

Utilize TxDOT, ProjectWise, and OpenRoads software for efficient project management and design

Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and compliance with engineering standards

Prepare and review engineering reports, designs, and documentation to ensure quality and accuracy

Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and project staff, fostering a collaborative work environment

Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery
