Responsibilities

Support the evaluation and execution of mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and other strategic initiatives

Conduct market and company research to assess industry trends, competitive dynamics, and potential growth opportunities

Build and maintain financial models to analyze valuation, synergies, and deal scenarios

Assist in the preparation of presentation materials for executive leadership, board discussions, and external partners

Help coordinate due diligence processes by gathering and analyzing key financial, operational, and market data

Track and report on strategic investments, acquisitions, and partnership performance

Monitor fintech and wealthtech industry developments to inform Advisor360°’s corporate strategy

Required

2–5 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate development, venture capital, or a finance/strategy role within a SaaS or fintech company

Strong financial modeling, analytical, and quantitative skills

Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights

High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Curiosity and a proactive mindset. You're eager to learn, take initiative, and grow within a dynamic environment

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
