Responsibilities
Develop and maintain monthly rolling 12-month US revenue forecast by product/segment/region and coordinate the process to update and communicate
Consolidate various data sources to help identify opportunities for growth and optimize performance through analysis
Manage all critical communication to senior business leaders & various stakeholders on key metrics and reporting to help drive business outcomes
Develop and maintain monthly US revenue analytics and KPIs
Coordinate & help manage all critical revenue forecast updates and tracking against forecast performance, including coordinating leadership reviews and outlook scenarios
Help quantify, manage, and drive execution against revenue risks and opportunities by being a key partner to commercial leaders and bringing objective analysis to make sound business decisions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree plus 7+ year(s) experience
Minimum of 5 years in orthopedic medical device
Expert level understanding of Microsoft systems (Excel and PowerPoint specifically)
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of all levels within the organization
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, problem solve, and draw valid conclusions
Preferred
Experience in orthopedic medical device preferred
Experience with SAP (ERP system) preferred
Experience in FP&A forecasting and reporting roles preferred
