Responsibilities
Analyze and reorganize project budgets according to actual execution
Prepare physical schedules, billing plans, and cash flows
Read and interpret contracts with clients and funders
Identify and map profitable and non-profitable areas of a project
Generate technical, administrative, and financial reports
Prepare comparisons of suppliers and subcontractors
Replan activities in case of project deviations
Analyze costs, margins, and financial impacts of project addendums
Support payment management, warehouse tracking, and document control
Participate in procurement processes and deviation analysis
Perform project accounting closings and reconciliations
Integrate information from various projects for global analysis
Qualification
Required
University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields, with specialization in Project Planning and Control
General experience of 20 years and specific experience of at least 10 years
Knowledge of how construction companies operate
Experience in project management
Proficiency in advanced Excel and database management
Knowledge in document management (SharePoint or other platforms)
Languages: valuable
Analytical capacity and critical thinking
Ability to interpret technical, contractual, and financial information
Effective internal and external communication (multilingual)
Organizational skills, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities
