Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of Finance and Accounting, including reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management
Drive strategic planning, investment evaluation, and M&A initiatives
Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and regulatory requirements
Partner with the CEO and leadership team to guide business growth and decision-making
Lead and develop the Finance team while fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in the retail industry is required
15+ years of progressive experience in Accounting and Finance
Prior CFO or equivalent senior finance leadership experience in growth-oriented businesses
extensive M&A experience, including billion-dollar transactions
a proven track record of managing 10 or more entities simultaneously
Prior CFO experience in the retail industry with multi-location operations is essential
CPA license is required
Preferred
CPA, CMA, or other relevant certification strongly preferred
Experience in multi-location operations or distribution is a strong plus
