Responsibilities

Support operations in planning and scheduling drilling activities
Assist in preparing and tracking permits and regulatory submissions
Compile cost data and prepare invoices and project reports
Help streamline project documentation and workflow between field, office, and accounting teams
Gather and organize field reports, cost summaries, and job data
Prepare and monitor permit applications and ensure compliance documentation is current
Assist in preparing invoice packages and project cost reports
Support project planning meetings and maintain project tracking tools

Required

Strong organizational and analytical skills
Able to both collaborate with a team and work independently

Detail-oriented with strong communication and teamwork skills
Must be a Sealaska shareholder, descendant of a shareholder, or spouse of a shareholder
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Must be 18 years old at time of hire
Must have completed coursework or degree program in Project Management, Construction or Engineering, or a related field
Must be currently enrolled in post-secondary school/program or a recent graduate (1-2 years)

Preferred

At least a 2.5 GPA
Strong critical thinking and research skills
Self-starter with ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
