Responsibilities
Own and ship full-stack product features (React, Node/Python, Postgres)
Translate messy customer problems into elegant product experiences
Work across the stack: from front-end flows → backend APIs → AI model integrations
Partner directly with customers — discovery, iteration, launch, and support
Make smart tradeoffs between speed, scope, and stability
Qualification
Required
Strong across frontend + backend: React, Node.js/Python, Postgres
Hunger: High agency, a willingness to learn, and a drive to do whatever it takes
Customer-obsessed: unsolved user issues keep you awake at night
Intellectually humble: low ego, high curiosity, collaborative
Biased toward action: You act, you don't wait
