Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for SAP Time AMS coordination within the assigned cluster

Ensure timely and effective resolution of incidents, service requests, and change requests

Collaborate with global and local teams to align on priorities, escalations, and service delivery expectations

Monitor service performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Coordinate with functional and technical teams to ensure system stability and compliance with SLAs

Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities for SAP Time enhancements or rollouts

Facilitate regular status meetings and reporting with stakeholders

Maintain documentation related to processes, configurations, and support procedures
