Responsibilities

Monitor, maintain and document status on all past due accounts, including documenting details of methods utilized to secure payment

Manage risk assessment for client portfolio with established policies and procedures, including timely and periodic reporting to management with account updates and action recommendations

Be customer focused, strengthen and grow relationships with clients by communicating with customers regarding past-due accounts

Assist in streamlining the accounts receivable process by identifying areas for performance improvement and efficiencies
