Scout is building the future of commerce at the edge of acceleration and automation. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative who will own the top of the funnel, prospecting, qualifying, and setting up meetings with target accounts.

Responsibilities
Own the top of the funnel: prospect, qualify, and set up meetings with target accounts
Respond quickly to inbound leads and jump on opportunities without delay
Run structured outbound (email, LinkedIn, calls)
Track activity and results. You’ll be responsible for numbers and impact
Collaborate with the founders on messaging, strategy, and improving playbooks
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in an SDR or sales role. You know the basics and don't need hand-holding
Fast, responsible, and reliable. You get things done the moment they're on your plate
Coachable: able to pick up new approaches and scripts quickly
Comfortable with metrics, CRMs, and accountability
Strong written and verbal communication
