Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and secure partnerships with employers and community organizations to build sustainable enrollment pipelines for graduate, transfer and certificate programs
Lead early-stage partnership conversations
Coordinate with internal teams to formalize agreements
Collaborate closely with admissions staff to activate employer-based recruitment opportunities

Required

Bachelor's degree

Strong networking and public-facing experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Ability to travel locally; valid driver's license

Preferred

Master's degree
Experience serving adult learners or B2B education partnerships
Knowledge of corporate tuition benefits, workforce training, or continuing education programs
