InternDover Food Retail is a leading manufacturer in the refrigeration industry, dedicated to customer-centric innovation. The Field Support Intern will assist in improving the CO2 startup process and contribute to the development of tools and documentation in support of the DFR Divisions.

Responsibilities
Help drive improvements to the overall CO2 assisted startup process
Decreasing overall startup durations and improving consistency of the startup experience
Documentation and critical analysis of the existing CO2 startup process
Involved in the development of new tools
Identifying potential design improvements
Improving our overall product performance
Qualification
Required
Enrollment in 4-year degree program
Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale
Ability to work independently
Proficient with MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Preferred
Analytical and conceptual thinking, using logic and reason, creative and strategic thinking
Effective with written and oral communications
Problem solving – being able to solve complex problems effectively and efficiently
Engineering, Refrigeration related curriculum
