The intern will assist the project management team in coordinating project activities and ensuring the successful execution of engineering projects, particularly in the baggage handling sector.

Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of project tasks related to baggage handling systems
Support project managers in monitoring project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Conduct research and analysis to inform project decisions and strategies
Create and maintain project documentation, including reports, presentations, and meeting notes minutes
Participate in project meetings, taking notes and tracking action items
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and success
Help identify potential risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Introductory skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project)
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced industry
