Responsibilities
Utilize Excel and related analytical tools to generate reports and insights for all levels of the organization, based on project needs or ad hoc requests. Proactively, analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and root causes within merchant-driven processes, and summarize key findings into clear, actionable presentations for both executive and operational teams to drive improvement
Independently evaluate current processes to identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement, and develop and present recommendations to management for implementation
Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, adapting messaging and presentation style to suit the audience and ensure understanding and alignment
Combine and compare data from multiple sources to identify relationships, validate accuracy, and draw insights that support achieving desired business results
Manage daily/weekly/monthly/ad hoc analysis delivering accurate and timely reporting
Maintain/update existing job aids
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Strong excel and analytical skills
Retail merchandising, planning, or reporting skills
Business acumen - demonstrated understanding of quality standards relative to analysis of data and statistics in a retail environment
Clear and concise communication skills
Impeccable attention to detail
1-2 years' experience in retail
