Required

Bachelor of Science Degree

Ten (10) years' experience with military systems

Five (5) years' experience with US Army Operational Test Command / US Army Test and Evaluation Command

Top Secret Clearance

US Citizen

Managing a technical workforce in government contracting and/or test environment

Must be experienced in the development and management of work breakdown structures and earned value management measurements

Must have demonstrated ability in monitoring, reporting, and presenting overall project cost, schedule, and performance to the customer

Must be able to support travel < 25% of the time (CONUS/OCONUS)

This job requires the individual to work onsite at a US Army Installation and will consist of both environmentally controlled office time as well as outside range time

Must be able to lift 25 pounds unassisted

Must be capable of sitting and entering computer data for extended periods of time
