Development Inside Sales Representative
Air Liquide is a global leader in gases, technologies, and services for industry and health. They are seeking an Internal Development Sales Representative to grow and retain their industrial customer base by identifying and developing new business opportunities while providing excellent customer service.

Identify and qualify high-potential prospects
Develop strong relationships with customers and understand their needs
Manage sales opportunities and prepare bids
Collaborate with internal sales teams and account managers
Provide excellent customer service and follow up regularly
Maintain accurate documentation and produce reports
Stay informed about products and industry trends
Qualification
Required
College diploma or equivalent experience in sales or business development
Experience in internal sales or customer service (industrial environment, an asset)
Knowledge of welding equipment, tools, and supplies (an asset)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build relationships and work in a team
Proficiency in computer tools and CRM
Preferred
Customer focus, initiative, teamwork, problem solving
