Responsibilities
AI Development: Design, fine-tune, and deploy AI models and intelligent agent-based products
Systems Integration: Create and integrate AI-powered workflows that deliver measurable results for clients
Evaluation & Testing: Establish benchmarking and testing frameworks, ensuring continuous model improvement
Leadership: Define the engineering vision and roadmap, aligning technical direction with business goals
Team Mentorship: Lead and mentor engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability
Collaboration: Work closely with product, data, and leadership teams to align engineering outcomes with strategy
Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI/ML and NLP research, integrating emerging technologies when appropriate
Compliance: Ensure privacy, responsible AI use, and enterprise security standards are met
Qualification
Required
Proven experience designing, training, and deploying AI/ML models (end-to-end lifecycle)
Strong expertise in NLP, conversational AI, and agent-based architectures
Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Familiarity with cloud deployment and scalable systems
Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and manage a team
Excellent English communication skills (C1 level or higher; accent is not an issue)
