Responsibilities

Responsible for taking the lead on HR reporting, metrics, governance, analytics, and data integrity, utilizing a variety of data analytics platforms to present data clearly and accurately in a user-friendly format

Supports leadership by providing critical interpretation of data, leading with innovative analysis and communication of information and insights

Designs, develops, and maintains HR reports, metrics, dashboards in PowerBI and Workday ensuring accuracy, efficiency, data integrity, and real-time HR insights

Collaborates with HR business partners, managers, and stakeholders to identify reporting needs, working with cross-functional teams to ensure proper integration and validation of data sources

Establishes and maintains data governance practices to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and security within the HR reporting function

Monitors HR reporting and analytics industry trends to proactively identify process improvement, automation, and strategy opportunities for HR

Required

Bachelor's degree required

7+ years work experience

5+ years in a HR function, preferably in a retail/hospitality operations environment

Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings

Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment

Preferred

Information Technology, Data Science and/or HR major preferred
