Program Assistant
U.S.VETS is dedicated to ending and preventing veteran homelessness, empowering veterans and their families through various services. The Program Assistant will manage client data, support case managers, handle financial tracking, assist with accounting, and facilitate community events.

Managing client and program data to keep us compliant and efficient
Supporting case managers with audits and file maintenance
Handling rent tracking, petty cash, and supply inventory
Assisting with accounting, grant reporting, and event coordination
Helping with HR tasks like onboarding and training
Collaborating on volunteer activities and community events
Qualification
Required
1 year of experience in social services or related field (or 3 months at U.S.VETS)
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented mindset
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Knowledge of veteran issues and homelessness
