Inspiration Commerce Group (ICG) is a rapidly growing global group that has scaled from $0 to over $100M in revenue through multiple acquisitions. They are seeking an Account Manager for DOZR, a marketplace for construction equipment rentals, to lead the growth of the supply side by building relationships with equipment owners and expanding into new markets.

Responsibilities

New Business Development: you'll grow the Supply side of our marketplace by meeting, signing and onboarding new equipment owners throughout the USA and Canada. These customers will range from global enterprise-level accounts to local, independent owner-operators. You should be comfortable prospecting, managing leads, and closing new business at scale

Account Management: you'll own the relationships with key Suppliers, focusing on growing our business with them MoM and YoY. We'll supply you with all of the data and numbers that you need — you just need to help translate that into something they understand, and work with them to grow on DOZR

New Market Expansion: we're currently focused on ~10 US states and ~2 Canadian provinces. As we look to expand in 2026, you'll be hands-on in driving that market expansion and growth
