Responsibilities
Making sure all clients receive great Customer Service
Participating in Helpdesk support and triaging support phone calls
Performing Jack of All Trades IT Support for small to medium businesses
Traveling to client sites to troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware, software, and networking issues
Set up, install and configure customer computer hardware, software, and networking equipment in varying environments
Troubleshoot and resolve Line of Business software issues with the help of vendor IT support
Assist in improving and streamlining company standards and processes
Assist Engineers with Server hardware configuration and setup
Perform Windows Active Directory administration tasks
Perform Office365 mailbox and MS Outlook administration
Have a strong working knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and other essential IP network services
Managing and maintaining network backup solutions
Managing network antivirus, firewall, and security solutions
Wireless technologies
Providing desktop support to business owners and users
Basic Phone Systems administration and troubleshooting
Network cabling and patch panel/rack setup
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years working experience performing some or most of the above-stated duties in production environments (not in a classroom or lab)
Comptia A+ or equivalent training or experience for repairing and troubleshooting computer hardware and software
Strong working knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and other essential IP network services
Experience servicing multiple small businesses (MSP or IT shop experience) doing outsourced IT support
Ability to pass a background check to be able to work with Law Enforcement Agencies and School District clients
Local to South Puget Sound area and available to commute to the office and travel to Client sites
Preferred
Experience with Windows Active Directory administration tasks
Experience with Office365 mailbox and MS Outlook administration
Experience managing and maintaining network backup solutions
Experience managing network antivirus, firewall, and security solutions
Experience with wireless technologies
Experience with basic Phone Systems administration and troubleshooting
