Senior Account & Program Manager
Beacon EmbeddedWorks is a full-service provider of embedded solutions specializing in System on Modules (SOMs). The Senior Account & Program Manager is responsible for managing customer accounts, driving revenue goals, and maintaining effective communication with clients while leading high-priority programs.

Responsibilities
Manage accounts by representing Beacon’s team externally with clients and internally by working with team members in various supporting positions
Drive booking and revenue goals by account and program
Effective day-to-day client communication as it relates to current and upcoming projects
Manage projects within accounts and provide feedback with detailed direction and timelines
Oversee assigned customer costing and pricing process to achieve margin and profitability targets. Lead and coach the internal project teams
Establish and build strong working relationships with business leaders at all levels
Proactively remain connected to clients and the ever-changing market to access new opportunities and ensure all viable clients are engaged on a regular and effective basis
Establish and analyze program profitability against targeted levels and identify causes for discrepancies and opportunities for improvement - drive corrective action efforts as required
Identify opportunities to fulfill customer requirements cost effectively and suggest alternative approaches, where appropriate
Effectively escalate issues in a timely manner
Support, demonstrate and drive our core values
Interact positively and professionally with all employees and customers
Maintain reliable attendance
Perform work safely and adhere to all safety requirements
Complete required training as scheduled
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
10+ years experience in account & program management or similar role in the electronics industry
Ability to effectively bring together internal resources to create and deliver winning solutions
Proven skills to establish schedules, timelines, action plans, budgets and project tracking
Excellent verbal and written communications skills and strong negotiation skills
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (MS Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong sense of urgency, and ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Adhere to quality management systems (QMS)
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with quickly changing priorities to ensure superior customer satisfaction
Preferred
Understanding, execution and adherence to ISO 13485, CFR 21 Part 820, ISO 9001 and ISO 9001D
Professional certifications (PMP, SixSigma, EMS Program Management, etc.)
Experience with regulated markets (Medical, Aerospace and Defense)
Experience with manufacturing and/or operations planning
Experience with Microsoft Project
Experience using Intuitive, Empower, Tortious SVN documentation management and CRM or PLM tools
Proven experience with general project management waterfall lifecycle
Background in phase-gate development process and lifecycle
Clear understanding verification & validation processes as it relates to new designs, design changes and the impact to manufacturing processes
In-depth experience with creating project plans/schedules, & budgets
