Responsibilities

Provide technical support for AI and robotics systems, troubleshooting issues as they arise

Document and report on issues and solutions for continuous improvement

Monitor the performance of AI-powered automation and robotics systems (e.g., AMRs, conveyors, sorters, RPA tools)

Support the configuration, testing, and deployment of robotic systems in warehouse environments

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field

Preferred

Experience with specific AI or robotic applications
