The Senior Manager/Manager, Facilities will lead the operations and upkeep of Aritzia’s Distribution Centres, ensuring functionality and adherence to brand standards while managing maintenance programs and vendor performance.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily maintenance and operations of office spaces, managing internal and external partners to ensure quality, efficiency, and on-brand delivery within budget

Ensure reliable and continuous operation of electricity, gas, water, and sewer services across all offices through proactive coordination with providers and partners

Manage recurring and preventative maintenance programs to uphold cleanliness, functionality, and asset longevity while meeting operational and aesthetic standards

Lead swift response and resolution of maintenance issues, minimizing downtime and maintaining safe, efficient, and high-quality work environments

Oversee vendor selection, contracts, and performance while tracking budgets to drive compliance, continuous improvement, and cost efficiency
