Microsoft D365 Account Executive

Responsibilities

Work closely with internal and external partners, as well as Microsoft reps to maximize the F&O integration within their accounts
Manage the sales cycle through CRM, including working with solution architects
Ensure a smooth transition into delivery and then a smooth transition into Account Management and support programs
Manage a set of corporate accounts within the territory for a period of one year after the win
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to promote and sell Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) solutions to enterprise clients across diverse industries
Build, nurture, and expand relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, and key business stakeholders to position Microsoft D365 as a strategic enabler of digital transformation
Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, qualifying, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing high-value, complex deals
Collaborate with Microsoft and partner teams to deliver value-driven proposals, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept initiatives that address client challenges
Maintain an in-depth understanding of D365 product capabilities, market trends, and competitive landscape to effectively articulate business value and differentiation
Drive account planning, pipeline management, sales forecasting, and accurate reporting using CRM and analytics tools
Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, sharing best practices and insights from extensive industry experience
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, serving as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on Microsoft D365 solutions

Required

Bachelor's or master's degree in business, information technology, or a related field
Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in enterprise software sales, with experience selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related Microsoft business applications
Solid experience with F&O and CE/CRM best practices, analytics, SharePoint, BI strategy/solutions and selling consulting services
Experience selling Microsoft Dynamics F&O and CE/CRM implementation services
Demonstrable success in consistently achieving and exceeding multimillion-dollar sales quotas
Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills at the executive level
Strong understanding of business processes across finance, operations, sales, and customer service domains
Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365) and sales enablement tools
Ability to travel as required to meet client and business needs
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
English: Proficient
